Time:  4:00pm - 8:30ish

Program

  • Amuse Bouche (Cod):  Accras de morue et sa sauce Chien. 

  • Entrée (Salmon):  Tartare de saumon fumé, crème d'avocat

  • Plat (Monkfish):  Lotte à la Nîmoise, riz basmati jaune (médaillons de lotte, sauce base de légumes lié à l'aioli).

Tasting Follows Lesson:  We’ll go to the table with what we’ve prepared. Includes 1 glass of wine.  Additional wine available from the wine list if desired (by the bottle or glass). Dégustation suivant le cours.

Recipes provided to take home.

Price / Prix:  50€ per adult. / 50€ par adulte.
